FULL-TIME CUSTOMER SUCCESS ANALYST – SÃO PAULO

THE PROFESSIONAL WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

 
  • Manage the client portfolio, serving as the primary point of contact
  • Monitor import and export processes from start to finish
  • Keep the client informed through clear and proactive communication
  • Work at the interface between internal departments and international partners
  • Identify and resolve operational issues independently
  • Analyze processes and propose improvements
  • Support retention and identify new business opportunities
  • Monitor indicators and prepare performance reports

PROFILE AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 3 years of prior experience in this role;
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team;
  • Analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Resilience and Adaptability
  • A completed or ongoing college degree in International Trade, International Relations, Business Administration, or related fields;
  • Intermediate English (reading, writing, and speaking);
  • Office Suite.
  • Incoterms and International Documentation
  • Freight Forwarder's Operational Workflow
  • Key Strength: Experience with the CW1 system.
