INSIDE SALES – SÃO PAULO

THE PROFESSIONAL WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

  • Lead generation, lead qualification, and converting leads into customers.
  • Participation in internal and external meetings, supporting the company's institutional and commercial image.
  • Preparing, submitting, and following up on commercial proposals with the goal of finalizing shipments.
  • Negotiating rates with suppliers, partners, and the Pricing department.
  • Managing and updating the CRM to ensure organization and a history of contacts.
  • Confirming bookings and sending instructions to internal teams (Customer Service, Pricing, and Operations).
  • Support in preparing sales performance reports and market analyses.
  • Serves as the point of contact for demurrage claims, supporting negotiations, analyzing discrepancies, and handling internal matters.
  • Serves as an interface between internal departments, partners, shipowners, and customers, ensuring prompt and high-quality service.

PROFILE AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • Completed or ongoing higher education (International Trade, International Relations, Business Administration, or related fields);
  • At least 2 years of experience in this position or 2.5 years in the freight forwarding field;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office;
  • Full CCP certification – CargoWise One;
  • Intermediate English (speaking, writing, and reading).
