Maritime Import Assistant – Curitiba

THE PROFESSIONAL WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

  • Support for analysts in tracking ocean shipments;
  • Update and populate internal systems with information relevant to operations;
  • Enter and update import records in the system;
  • Operational follow-up update;
  • Liaising with agents, shipowners, terminals, and customers;
  • Documentary conference;
  • Support for the operational team's needs.

PROFILE AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • A college degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or International Relations (currently enrolled or completed);
  • At least 1.5 years of experience in the field;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office;
  • Basic experience with maritime import processes and international documentation.

DISTINCTIVE FEATURES:

  • Experience working at a freight forwarder;
  • Intermediate English;
  • CLP Certification – CargoWise One;
  • Knowledge of FCL/LCL and CE Mercante processes.
