FULL-TIME MARITIME IMPORT ANALYST (Booking Desk) – SÃO PAULO

THE PROFESSIONAL WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

 
  • Coordinating bookings with the source and the various partners involved in the operation;
  • Entering and tracking costs in the system, ensuring that the information is updated correctly;
  • Logistics monitoring of operations, tracking deadlines, stages, and any incidents;
  • Customer support, ensuring alignment, prompt responses, and high-quality service;
  • Constant interaction with various internal and external stakeholders, fostering alignment across departments;
  • Work in a face-to-face setting on a full-time basis;
  • The need for multifunctional and collaborative skills, involving interaction with various teams and partners.

PROFILE AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience in the Maritime Operations sector on the Asia trade lane;
  • Proficiency with CARGO WISE ERP – a plus
  • Incoterms and International Documentation
  • Operations Management: Experience in managing logistics operations, liaising with suppliers, and managing contracts, with a focus on planning and meeting deadlines.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team;
  • Analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Resilience and Adaptability
  • A completed or ongoing college degree in International Trade, International Relations, Business Administration, or related fields;
  • Intermediate English (reading, writing, and speaking);
  • Office Suite.
